H1B Sponsor Checker: does this company sponsor H-1B?
A free H1B sponsorship checker and H1B salary lookup that runs in Chrome. Open a job page on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby or Workable and a small panel shows the employer's past H-1B filings and the salaries it filed on Labor Condition Applications (LCAs), straight from public USCIS and Department of Labor records. Built for F-1/OPT students, new grads and H-1B workers changing jobs.
Past filings show what an employer did before. They are not a promise to sponsor you, and this is not legal advice.
What you see on a job page
- H-1B filings by fiscal year (FY2024–FY2026): USCIS approvals and denials, plus DOL certified LCAs.
- Filed H-1B salaries for similar titles: the median and range of the annualized offered wage on certified LCAs at that employer.
- Posting age: from the date on the page, the job board's posting date, or when our index first saw the job.
- Source links on every section, and a "Wrong company?" button when the name match looks off.
- "No match found" when there are no filings under that name. Many companies file under a different legal name, so it never says "not a sponsor".
- Look up any employer by name from the toolbar popup.
- Resume Match: paste your resume once (it stays on this device) and see how many skills in the posting it covers. One full detail view free per day.
How it works
- Install the extension from the Chrome Web Store.
- Open a public job page on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby or Workable.
- Read the panel: filings, filed wages and links to the public source data.
No account and no tracking. The data is bundled inside the extension and refreshed with each update, so lookups run on your computer and nothing about the pages you visit is sent anywhere. Details: privacy policy. Step-by-step: how to use the extension.
