Terms of Use: H1B Sponsor Checker
Publisher: Orvix · Contact: media@autoquantix.com · Effective: October 28, 2026
What this is. H1B Sponsor Checker is a browser extension and this website. It shows public H-1B records from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) next to job postings. By installing the extension or using this site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.
Information only, not legal advice. Nothing in the extension or on this site is legal, immigration or financial advice, and it is not a promise that any employer will sponsor you or pay a given salary. For decisions about your visa, talk to a qualified immigration attorney and the employer.
Data accuracy. The data comes from public government files that can contain errors, is refreshed only when the extension is updated, and employer names are matched automatically, so matches can be wrong or missing. "No match found" never means a company does not sponsor. Always check the linked source. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by USCIS or DOL.
Free and Pro. The core lookups are free. Pro is an optional subscription ($7/month or $49/year) sold and billed through ExtensionPay, which uses Stripe; we never see your card. Prices are shown before you pay. You can cancel at any time; if you need help with a cancellation, a charge or a refund request, email media@autoquantix.com. Features may change between versions; we describe what each version does in the Chrome Web Store listing.
Acceptable use. Use the extension for your own job search. Don't use it to break the law, to harass employers or people, or to resell the bundled data as your own product. The government data itself is public and remains available from its original sources.
Third-party sites. The extension runs on job pages hosted by Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and Workable and links to government sites. Those sites have their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
Privacy. See our privacy policy.
No warranty; limit of liability. The extension and site are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Orvix is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Pro in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Changes. We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Questions: media@autoquantix.com.
