How to use H1B Sponsor Checker

Updated 2026-10-28. Applies to the version in the Chrome Web Store.

1. Install

Add it from the Chrome Web Store. No account or sign-up.

2. Open a job page

Open a public job posting on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby or Workable. The H-1B panel appears in the corner of the page. You can minimize or close it.

3. Read the panel

4. "No match found"

It means no H-1B filings were found under the name on that page. It is not a "not a sponsor" verdict: the employer may file under a different legal name. Try the popup lookup with the legal name.

5. Look up any employer

Click the extension's toolbar icon and type a company name to see its filings without a job page.

6. Wrong company?

Names are matched automatically and can be wrong. Click "Wrong company? Report it" in the panel, or email media@autoquantix.com.

7. Pro (optional)

Pro is $7/month or $49/year and adds open jobs at the employer with repost and "open 60+ days" flags, hiring trend and pay percentiles, offered vs. prevailing wage with the wage level I–IV mix, and CSV export. Checkout is handled by ExtensionPay (Stripe); we never see your card.

8. Resume Match

Open the extension's options (or click Add your resume in the panel), paste your resume as plain text and save. It is stored only in this browser's extension storage and never uploaded. On job pages the panel shows how many skills from the posting also appear in your resume. Free users get one full detail view per day (missing skills, years-of-experience and degree hints); Pro shows the details on every job. It compares skills from a built-in list, so it is not an ATS score. Delete your resume any time from the same page.
